Refund Policy for Online Donations:
- Donations made online are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refunds, if applicable, are generally allowed only within a short window (typically 7–30 days post-donation).
- If you choose to leave a meditation program or satsang series for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund. This will be considered a cancellation of your registration.
- For online payments made without a donation link, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original source account. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.
- There will be no refund for a no-show.

Privacy Policy
Saadho Sangha Foundation does not sell or share email addresses and personal information of visitor to other companies or organizations.
Saadho Sangha Foundation collects from visitors to our website their domain name (but not the individual email address), aggregate information on the Web pages that they access or visit, and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey responses and registrations. For those who test positive for COVID-19 (before 3 days of travel):
1. 5% of the Program fee will be deducted.
2. The Participant shall present a proof for the same before the refund can be processed.
3. The refund will be returned to the source account. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process the refund.
Please Note:
1. All cancellation requests should be sent in writing to connect@saadho.org. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted.
2. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing with supporting documents where applicable.
3. The refund request can be processed within 30 days from the date of request from the registered e-mail ID.
4. In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.
5. For Double Payment/ Wrong Payment bank charges/handling charges, 5% will be deducted from the refund amount for each transaction.
6. All the bank charges, intermediary bank charges, and transaction charges will be borne by the applicant. Please ensure the transfer amount includes all the applicable charges.
7. Refund shall be through the same mode as that received by Saadho. A reasonable time is to be allowed for the refund, not exceeding 3 months.
Force Majeure:
In the event that it is impossible or impracticable or illegal for Saadho to proceed with or carry out the ‘Meditation or Satsangh Program’ in whole or in part, due to any act of God, acts or decrees of the government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, epidemic, pandemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of Saadho and as a result thereof if Saadho has to delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel the Program, Saadho will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Trainee in that regard.”
