Fear can make things worse

Fear wrecks havoc in our body’s natural capacity to protect and deal with any viral infection-including covid. Fear directly disrupts the secretion of key hormones and our body’s Immunity..

"Cultivate the feeling of love, compassion & friendliness towards all beings (this is a booster shot for your immunity)."

We are witnessing a severe wave of pandemic, especially in India. Media is spreading more dread then just a genuine news update. But we cannot blame media here; we have become demanding consumers of negative news. All our social discussions in-house or via phones are all about this pandemic and the energy of fear, anxiety, uncertainty & social alienation is engulfing us. Are we unconsciously adding more fuel to this already raging fire of fear?

Fear wrecks havoc in our body’s natural capacity to protect and deal with any viral infection-including covid. Fear directly disrupts the secretion of key hormones and our body’s Immunity is greatly compromised. Let us not allow this to happen.

Let us strengthen our body’s Immunity to deal with any virus. This is the most ancient & advanced system of defense & healing, that millions of years of evolution has gifted us. Trust your body’s amazing healing capacity and do the following:

7 ways to enhance your immunity

Be mindful of your diet – include more fruits, vegetables, herbs & immunity boosting spices like turmeric etc. in your food.

Include a routine of Yoga & Pranayama in your daily life.

Music is magical; it can protect, heal & uplift your energies. Make it a part of your life.

Maintain good social connections – speak to your family & friends everyday over phone.

Stay away from excessive media especially the negative news.

Be more connected with nature, even indoor plants give you a lot of positivity.

Cultivate the feeling of love, compassion & friendliness towards all beings (this is a booster shot for your immunity).

And lastly, our un-mindfulness is the biggest invitation to any form of infection & disease, so let us be mindful of what we think, speak and do.
