Based on the integration of modern science with Bharat's ancient healing practices and holistic way of living.
Happy Habits is about the real understanding of food, holistic health and well-being.
We live in an age of abundance, yet we feel more tired, scattered, and disconnected from our own bodies than ever before.
In the current world and lifestyle, a new synthesis — integrating modern science and ancient wisdom — is needed for our health, growth, nurturing, performance and healing.
Well-being is not just limited to the physical. Mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual well-being are equally important aspects of our health and healing.
— Gurudev Sri Anish
Happy Habits is an invitation to pause and re-learn what well-being truly means — not as a regimen to follow, but as a way of living that the body already remembers.
What we eat is the most direct conversation we have with our body.
Simple, precise practices that unlock vitality — not workouts, but recalibrations.
The rhythm of your day — wake, eat, move, rest — restored to nature's clock.
An inner attunement with earth, water, fire, air and space — the elements that make you.
A natural rise in vitality that doesn't depend on caffeine or sugar.
The body's own cleansing intelligence is awakened and supported.
Quality of rest improves — falling asleep faster, waking more refreshed.
Weight finds its natural setting — without diets, deprivation or counting.
As the gut settles, the mind clears. Bloating, acidity and mental fog dissolve together.
Long-standing imbalances often soften as the foundations are restored.
The mind becomes less foggy, more available, more able to stay on task.
A baseline of inner steadiness — less reactivity, more spacious awareness.
A quiet sense of fulfilment that doesn't depend on external circumstances.
