The First Step
Join the Navratri Naad Sadhana WhatsApp group

This is where the daily joining link, reminders and all updates for the nine mornings are shared. Please do not forget to join — it is how you will receive each day's practice.

Your Daily Practice

What Each Morning Holds

For nine days, the Sangha comes together in a shared practice centred around a sacred mantra.

Mantra

Daily chanting of the Sacred Mantra, allowing the mind to become steady and receptive.

Meditation

Guided meditation to turn awareness inward and create space for stillness.

Silence

Resting in maun — where words fall away and the presence of the Devi is felt within.

Your Navratri Journey

Nine Sacred Mornings, Together

Guided by Tarini Ma, we practise as a Sangha through the nine days — returning each morning to mantra, meditation and silence.

The Sadhana runs 11 – 19 October 2026 · 6:20 – 7:00 AM IST daily · Online · Hindi.

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I join each morning?
You'll receive the joining link in the Navratri Naad Sadhana WhatsApp group. Please make sure you've joined the group — simply come a few minutes early, settle in, and we begin together at 6:20 AM IST.
Do I need prior meditation experience?
No prior experience is needed. Everything is guided, step by step, each morning — whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner.
Will recordings be available? Do I need to join live?
This is a live, shared experience. The energy of the group, the sound, the silence — all of it happens together, in real time. Recordings will not be available. We lovingly request you to keep these 40 minutes sacred in your morning. 🙏
In which language is the Navratri Naad Sadhana conducted?
This is conducted in Hindi. We trust you have noted this at the time of registration.
I'm joining from outside India — which time should I follow?
For those joining from outside India, we lovingly request you to follow Indian Standard Time (IST). For this journey, devotion is more important than the time difference. 🙏
What should I keep ready for the practice?
A quiet space where you can sit comfortably and practise without interruption, a phone or computer, an internet connection, WhatsApp, and a settled few minutes before the session begins.
Whom do I contact for any questions?
Please write to us at programs@saadho.org — we are happy to help.

या देवी सर्वभूतेषु शक्तिरूपेण संस्थिता।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः॥

To the Devi who abides in all beings in the form of Shakti — we bow, again and again.
