Live Online Retreat

Conscious Health

Well-being begins with understanding how we live — in our body, breath, mind and emotions.

A live, online, guided journey into Conscious Health — drawing from a synthesis of modern science and Bharat's ancient wisdom.

OUTERINNER
Body

What you eat, how you move, how you rest

Breath

Your energy and vitality

Mind

Your thoughts, feelings and focus

Being

Your inner stillness and Self

The foundation of conscious well-being.

A moment of honest reflection

How often have you said — or heard — this?

We say these so casually, as if being unwell were simply part of life.

Body

“I need my tea or coffee just to get going.”

Body

“A little bloating after meals is normal.”

Body

“Back pain just comes with a desk job.”

Mind

“My mind never stops — that's just how I am.”

Emotions

“I'm short-tempered. I can't help it.”

Being

“Meditation isn't for me — I can't sit still.”

Let's stop normalising the abnormal.

Your body is asking you to TAKE CHARGE of your health.

Wisdom of Gurudev Sri Anish

The body is the first doorway to the Self.

For a seeker, the body (i.e. Annamaya kosha) is not an obstacle — it is the first doorway. The journey to know the Self begins by understanding the layers we live in: body, breath, mind and emotions.

When these are in harmony, the inward journey opens.

Hear from the Sangha

In their own words

I was diagnosed with hypertension, and my blood pressure had shot up to 200. Since following Happy Habits, it stays steady now. I could easily overcome my sugar cravings and lost 6.5 kg in two months. The physical benefits are real, but the biggest gift is how I feel inside: blessed and truly well.

KDKeshav Dadich

For years I had a chronic cold allergy. Hardly a week went by without a cold, and I needed medicine 7–10 days every month. In the six months since Happy Habits, I've caught a cold only once, and that was when the season changed. It has completely changed my health.

HPHemal Patel

I've always been an early riser, but my mornings feel completely different now. Most days I wake up feeling clean, light and clear, without needing warm water or tea to get going. It's a big difference, and I feel it every single day.

ACAbhijit Chakraborty

This program went far beyond what to eat and how to live. It taught us how to think and how to keep the mind free of negativity, which is the root of so much illness. What we watch, see and think shapes our wellbeing. I'm leaving determined to live more consciously.

NPProf Nupur Prakash

Seeing everyone's smiling faces, I could feel that you made this whole group happy from within. I'm deeply grateful for what you shared in these two days, and I want to make it my way of life, not just something I heard once. I'm leaving truly inspired.

JJiveta

It's a life-changing program, and I'm so grateful for it. In just two days it opened up a whole new way of looking at my life.

Answers to a few questions

What is Saadho Well-being?

A live online retreat from Saadho Ashram that helps you understand how your body, breath, mind and emotions work together — and how to care for them every day. It brings together modern science and Bharat's ancient wisdom in a simple, practical way.

Is this only about physical health?

No. The body is the starting point, but the retreat also works with breath, mind and emotions — the layers that together shape how you feel and live. For a seeker, it lays the foundation for sadhana.

Do I need any prior experience of yoga or meditation?

No. Everything is guided from the basics, and practices can be adapted to your body. All ages are welcome.

I have a health condition. Is this for me?

Yes — many people join to understand the root cause of a lifestyle condition. The retreat complements, and does not replace, your doctor's advice or any prescribed treatment. Please continue your medication and consult your doctor before making changes.

What if I can't join live, or I'm in another time zone?

Every session streams again the next morning, 8–11 AM IST — that's the same evening in the US. See the time-zone table above for your local times.

What do I need to join?

A laptop or phone with Zoom, a quiet corner, a yoga mat and a notebook. Keep a light meal ready for the 30-minute break. Your joining link is sent after registration.

Can I ask questions during the sessions?

Yes. Each live session has time for questions with the faculty, and you can continue the conversation in the WhatsApp community.

What happens after the retreat?

You stay connected through an ongoing WhatsApp community, with support from the Sangha and regular guidance from the faculty as you build your new habits. You also keep the Yog and Yog Nidra recordings to continue your practice.

How do I register, and what if I need to cancel?

Click Register Now, fill in your details and make your offering of ₹4,500. You'll receive a confirmation and joining details. For cancellations, please see our refund policy or write to programs@saadho.org.
