The Inner Preparation Naad Sadhana
A preparatory Naad practice offered by Gurudev Sri Anish to help the seeker quieten the outer noise, gather the scattered mind, and begin turning inward.
The practice is to be undertaken for 21 consecutive days before the retreat.
21 days of preparation. 3 days of immersion. One journey inward.

The Five Fires
The living dimensions of the Saadho path.

The Guru does not give you answers. The Guru reveals what must be understood, surrendered and transcended.

Practice that turns intention into experience and steadily transforms the seeker from within.
