An offering of warmth.
नमस्तेNamaste
Under the guidance of Gurudev Sri Anish, volunteers of the Saadho Sangha Foundation go out through the coldest months with one intention: to reach as many lives as possible with warmth, dignity and love.
Gurudev Sri AnishWhen we serve from a space of inner fullness, seva becomes a sacred offering, and a way of profound self-transformation.

Answers to a few questions
Do I need to be associated with Saadho to volunteer?
No. The drive is open to anyone willing to give their time. Many of last winter’s volunteers came to Saadho through seva.
How much time does volunteering take?
As little as one distribution, which usually takes half a day, or as much as the whole season. Tell us what you can give when you sign up, and we will find you a team.
Can I start a drive in my city?
Yes. This is how the drive grows. Mark that you would like to lead when you sign up, and the Saadho Seva team will help with routes, supplies and budgets, along with all we learnt last winter.
Where does my donation go?
Into woollen caps, socks, and the transport that carries them to those who need them. Donations are received by the Saadho Sangha Foundation.
Can I give caps or socks instead of money?
Yes. Bulk supplies of woollen caps and socks are welcome, as is help with storage and transport. Write to programs@saadho.org.
The greatest warmth does not come from wool
It comes from the Sangha. From Seva.
